COLD JOINTING SOLUTION FEATURES:

Time taken for cold joint is much less. Hence much quicker for restoring the operation
No machine is required. Only Cold solution used.
Useful when shutdown time is a challenge.
Less manpower.
Less Cost

But joints may open in watery conditions or due to flexing say after a year or so.

Note: It is advisable to use this process in areas where belt life is expected to be less due to handling of sharp materials.

Hot SOLUTION:

It is formulated as a liquid vulcanizing agent suitable for rubber bonding purposes.
It can be used for belt splicing, pulley lagging, rubber lining and general hot rubber bonding.
Special agents are added to enhance bond strength and improve ozone resistance. It is suitable in a press or autoclave bonding application and in general rubber moulding.

We have our own mixing facilities that provide raw materials used in making our cover compounds giving us more control over the quality of the product every step of the way.
