Pulley lagging is the least expensive and most effective method of reducing the risk of slippage of Conveyor belts. We manufacture a comprehensive range of Diamond, Diamond Ceramic and Plain rubber lagging sheets for general, industrial and mining applications.

DIAMOND GROOVE

The pulley sheets manufactured by us are of diamond grooved pattern or the double herringbone pattern. The material is suitably compounded to provide superior traction. As a belt travels around the drive pulley it changes in length. Under high tension as it first contacts the pulley, it is stretched as compared to it's state as it leaves the low tension side of the pulley. The sheets are designed to stretch and contract with the belt which greatly enhances it's service life. They are self cleaning which reduces material build up and thereby eliminates a major source of belt misalignment Our pulley sheets have better abrasion resistance and have more stable hardness. The sheets are available in a maximum width of 1600 mm. The thickness and length can be made as per the customerís requirements.
